Name, phone, email, the car and what you tell us about it. It reaches us as an email and it lives in that inbox. It is used to answer you and to keep a record of work done on your car. It is not sold, shared or used for advertising.

This site sets no tracking cookies.
There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third-party embed on any page. Your browser may store a preference or two locally; that never leaves your device.

Fonts and scripts are served from this domain except the animation library, which loads from a public CDN. That request tells the CDN your IP address, as any request does.

How long we keep it.
Inquiries that do not become jobs are deleted within twelve months. Records of completed work are kept for the length of the warranty, because a warranty claim needs them.

Your choices.
Ask us to delete what we hold and we will, unless a live warranty depends on it, in which case we will say so. Phone or email below, whichever is easier.

This is a service for vehicle owners. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.
